We all know we need to document, but are you aware that good documentation may prevent lawsuits while bad documentation may cause lawsuits?. Participants in this course will get practical experience writing warnings and creating documentation that will protect both them and their organization’s best interests. You also will be provided with effective methods of applying discipline and the keys for handling terminations, whether due to a reduction in workforce, disciplinary action or any other reason.
